Data protection and privacy policy
COMAR INVERSIONES CAPITAL, S.A.U., respects the current legislation on personal data protection, user privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal data, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access.

Personal data will be processed under the responsibility of the commercial company COMAR INVERSIONES CAPITAL, S.A.U, with CIF A-15807951 and registered office at Plaza de la Unesco 1 – Urb. Ciudad Jardín, 28300 Aranjuez (Madrid), a company belonging to the COMAR group of companies.

The category of data that we process corresponds to:
- Identification data: Name, surname, number and valid and current identity document, photograph, date and place of birth, recorded images and sounds, signature, address, sex, nationality, etc.

- Other data will be collected (photographs, preferences, and other data based on your behavior) for the purpose of creating a customer profile to offer personalized products and services.
- Additionally, and exclusively if you decide to participate in the American roulette table with live broadcast on online channels, TV, or any other medium, data about a part of your image (usually your hands while placing bets) will be collected. This table is clearly marked for the awareness of all casino visitors. Data Retention Period
Your personal data obtained through the admission process and the data of exchange transactions carried out at the cashier will be retained for 6 months from the last visit, without prejudice to its subsequent blocking for compliance with applicable regulations and without prejudice to subsequent legal limitation periods for actions.
The remaining personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual or commercial relationship unless you request its deletion or cancellation, without prejudice to the obligation to process your personal data for the legally established periods and the periods of legal prescription.
The data obtained for the purpose mentioned in section c) ii will be stored, for security reasons and in view of possible future claims, for a period of 18 months, in compliance with the provisions of Order EHA/3085/2011, dated November 8.

Personal data will be processed by COMAR and will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party except for:
- Other entities belonging to the Comar Group, which require such access to provide internal services to the establishment, as well as in the case of Group reorganization, including total or partial transfer of assets, merger, acquisition, etc., or in general, any reorganization operation.
- The Comar Group entity holding the online gaming licenses of the platform www.casinogranvia.es for the purpose of verifying user identities and sending identity verification documents.
- IT service providers, hosting consultants, payment platforms and/or gateways, anti-fraud services, security-related service providers, etc., and subject to your consent, for marketing and advertising purposes.
