PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The capture of images obtained and stored by the recording system (video surveillance cameras) is used for the purposes of prevention, security, labor control, gaming control, video verification of alarms, and the protection of persons and property within the Entity’s facilities.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The basis for processing your data is legal authorization and the legitimate interest of COMAR in ensuring security in its facilities.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Images captured by the video surveillance system will be retained for a maximum period of 1 MONTH from their capture. After this period, they will be deleted unless otherwise stipulated and unless the recording is necessary for judicial proceedings, as well as for the investigation, analysis, and/or resolution of accidents, incidents, and complaints, as legally and regulatory stipulated.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

In accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, you may exercise your rights at any time to request access, rectification, or deletion, or to limit processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may also object to the use of data for customer profiling; in this case, you will no longer benefit from personalized offers or services.

• Accessing the Comar Group website www.grupocomar.com, via the online form “Instructions for the Exercise of Data Subject Rights”.
• Downloading the document “Instructions for the Exercise of Data Subject Rights” and sending the request to the email address [email protected]

COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data will be processed by COMAR. They will not be transferred or accessible to any third party except for (i) entities of the COMAR Group, particularly the parent company of the Group as the manager of transversal areas such as HR, Security, and Gaming, (ii) potential alarm center service providers, security and/or surveillance subcontractors of COMAR, (iii) in the event of a reorganization of the COMAR Group, including total or partial asset transfers, mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations, and, in general, any reorganization operation; (iv) authorities and competent entities upon their request.
